Be Still
In a restless world, God calls us to a stillness that is not passivity but trust.

Lamentations 3:22–23
Before the noise of the day begins, there is a quiet appointment waiting for you. The prophet wrote from the ruins of a fallen city, yet he could still say that God's mercies are new every morning. Our circumstances do not set the terms of God's faithfulness. Whatever yesterday held, today opens with fresh grace — enough for this day, and renewed again tomorrow.
Do not begin with the weight of what you carry. Begin with the One who carries you. His compassion has never run dry; it will not begin to fail with your name.
Prayer: Father, before I serve, I receive. Thank You for mercy that meets me new this morning. Steady my heart in Your faithfulness today. Amen.
Lamentations 3:22–23
Amen.
Through the LORD's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.
